Since loading the new critical patch my computer has been
achingly slow.  I know it is the patch as no one else in
my workgroup has loaded it yet and they are all fine.
Has anyone else had this problem 0 and hoiw can I fix it?

Keep getting a "cmd32.exe is not a valid win32 program"
error when I start winXP (all profiles). Only started the
other day and occurs every time now.

Last week,02-09-04, I downloaded 5 suggested upgrades for

always returned only to a black screen with a list of DNI

My System Restore Points only stay on the calendar for a
few days and then disappear.Can't go back to the previous
month's calendar either. It used to work fine. Any help
would be much appreciated. I can't seem to find any

I am running IIs 5.0 on my laptop.  I want to "view" the files from another computer on my network.  I can access them (read, write) through the network but I cant "View" them.  What do I need to do or what address should I be using in my browser to find them

WHEN I TRY TO USE DISK CLEAN UP IT STARTS THE PROCESS

How can I increase my processor speed in windows xp?
It is a Pentium 4, 3.06Ghz but it is only running at 1.6Ghz.  How can I
maximize its performance - thats why i chose it after all.

Whenever I boot up my computer, my floppy drive runs and
runs. I have to put a floppy in it to get it to stop
making so much noise, but then it scans the floppy for
