Is it possible to copy my contacts and saved e-mails from Outlook to disk?  When I've tried in the past, it seems to copy the entire Outlook program into an .exe file, which I don't ever seem to be able to launch from the disk.  Any advice?

Recently my computer running XP will not shut down.  It simply hangs on the
"Windows shutting down" screen.  Is there anything I can do besides pulling
the plug.

System Restore: Outlook Express: can't save .jpeg in newsgroup17 Feb 2004 13:42 GMT1
After a system restore was "successfully" completed, when I try to save a .jpeg from a newsgroup, the only option displayed is "bitmap" instead of .jpeg...how do I fix this?

Ok, here's my probelem. I really hope that someone on here

We have 4 users on our WindowsXP and whenever someone
logs on to one, directcd starts and takes up massive
amounts of cpu.  Once everything loads, you can just shut
directcd down, but until then you have to wait between 10-
