I just spent 5 hours downloading the latest free movie players; DivX, Quicktime and WMP9 and none of them can play a mpg file I downloaded from a newsgroup. Xnews downloaded it, decoded it and joined it without errors.

Is it possible to copy my contacts and saved e-mails from Outlook to disk? When I've tried in the past, it seems to copy the entire Outlook program into an .exe file, which I don't ever seem to be able to launch from the disk. Any advice?

After a system restore was "successfully" completed, when I try to save a .jpeg from a newsgroup, the only option displayed is "bitmap" instead of .jpeg...how do I fix this? Thanks in advance!
