I have recently installed Windows XP Professional into my computer. The computer is a P4 2.66 with 512MB RAM. The computer is apart of a domain. I have two problems (Not sure if they are related).

this program keeps running on start up. the when it's finished, it runs all over again. How can I stop it or get it to complete its task properly. I have tried system restore and re-loading windows. Neither helped.
