During startup it's taking an extremely long time to finish the boot process. The desktop is visable but I have to wait and wait and wait some more for XP to complete the startup routine. When I uninstalled Norton Systemworks 2003 my system boots normally. Is anyone else seeing ...

I am running a laptop with XP prof and have a wirless card for use at home and on a corporate network. After the login screen it shows a blue screen for anything up to a minute before displaying the 'configuring personal settings' etc. from then it is ok but takes ages to load ...

My puter's been running for last 4 days. I thought it was shut down. Anyway I noticed she was frozen on the desktop. Tried to restart, but couldn't get anything to respond. Had to shut down from the tower.
