Can anyone explain why my Spoolsv.exe constantly keeps my
CPU usage at 50%?  It is that way at startup and never
drops.

When I downloaded and installed xp service pack 1 express
from the windows update page, computer kept rebooting, and
never would start up. I had to remove the service pack
with system restore before my computer would work again.

Unable to add drivers to my CD-RD and my DVD drives.
Both dirves have been disabled.

I keep getting a sign that says virtual memory is getting
low, windows is up dating it.  what does this mean?? how
do i stop this from happening??
