hard drive space not released after deleting a file10 Feb 2004 05:46 GMT1
I deleted a folder(of size >1.5GB) using Shift+delete,
however, the hard drive space is not released after.
I tried running scan disk, but didn't work.
When I look at the drive properties, it has the following
ANNOYING   NEWDOTNET5_48.DLL10 Feb 2004 05:45 GMT1
Can somebody please tell me how to get rid of an
EXTREMELY annoying file.  >>newdotnet5_48.dll<<   The
file version is 5.0.0.48 and it belongs to New.net,Inc.  
It's original file name is  tldctl2.dll   Spybot AND

when I shut down my computer it won't turn off.all the regular things happen...saving my settings. etc..then it just sits there and I have to turn it off my self...if someone can help me with this problem...I would greatly appreciate it..
