I've heard it's safe to delete all the files and
subdirectories in C:\Windows\Temp, but is it also safe to
delete all the files and subdirectories in C:\Documents
and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp?

On my computer when I try to access anything off of the

I'm sorry - didn't see the reboot comment!
If you put in the XP CD and choose repair instead of a
clean install you shouldn't loose anything.

I moved a folder in WinXp by mistake. Tried to move it
back but windows will not let me. It got moved to a folder
named: fb233b2949146f5664c476a5, it has subfolders named
common, sp1, & sp2. What gives?
