How does one fix the computer after downloading an update
and then the computer doesn't work right?
Before download all was well, now once I try to log onto

I have Windows XP and keep getting a virtual memory full
message.  It slows down response to a crawl.  
Any thoughts on how to improve and eliminate the message

upgrade disk not the full version. How do I boot from

When I shut down XP, Win Min is not shutting down and it
asks me to end it so that the OS can shut down. Does

I downloaded and installed Spybot fine. No problems. Got an icon on the
desktop.
When I click it on, I see a short flicker on the screen, but the program
does not come up.

Administrator user can set hibernate related actions in
Power Management but other users have diferent settings
and are not accesible to change.
