All keep crashing whilst using Windows explorer "Not
Responding"

How does one fix the computer after downloading an update
and then the computer doesn't work right?
Before download all was well, now once I try to log onto

downloaded and installed from the Windows Update site over
the past couple of years.  They are taking up needed hard-
drive space.  Can they be safely deleted after

I have Windows XP and keep getting a virtual memory full
message.  It slows down response to a crawl.

When I shut down XP, Win Min is not shutting down and it
asks me to end it so that the OS can shut down. Does
anyone know what this is and/or how to solve the problem?

I downloaded and installed Spybot fine. No problems. Got an icon on the
desktop.
When I click it on, I see a short flicker on the screen, but the program
does not come up.
