My XP Home SP1 pc has begun to freeze on the 'Windows is
starting screen' (or there abouts). After reading the
articles on the KB I found that I was missing a security
update from last year (my pc is only 4 months old) that

Whenever i call the clip art from any program (XP Pro,
Office XP Pro) i get this messege.
"Clip Organizer Error Code 0x8007007F"
I found that it is happening to a lot of users.

When I try to open the Control Panel or My Computer in the
Start menu, I get a Windows Explorer has found and error

I have an interesting one, my scheduled tasks have
