I would like any info on-- screen, my screen does not fit-
left to right on most web pages. I have to use the bottom

when attempting to install service pack 1 after
reformating and reinstalling windows XP i keep geeting an
error saying that another application is using atapi.sys
but the only thing open is my graphics card drivers.

Everytime I try to access a cd my pc crashes.  when ever i
try to run roxio formatting program it crashes. In short
anytime I try to access my cd drives the computer

Yes.."kernal" it is misspelled in the error message.  Has anyone else seen this error before?

This is probably a stupid question but I have an older
Toshiba laptop with windows ME. It stopped working and I
got a new  HP desktop computer with windows XP. My brother
wants the old one but the windows ME won't boot and I no

"Help and Support" under the Start button list won't come
up any longer when I click on it. - I have no Help
access. I haven't used it in a while, so I can't say
what, if any, program installatioin corrupted it, I just

When I use any Office application, after I reach the end
of a page, if I press the down arrow, the whole screen
scrolls. I find the same with folder lists
Also, the standby option is dimmed when I want to log off

I have tried repeatedly to insert a tiny clip art in an
address label with no success.  The Help files say it can
be done.  I have Win XP, Office XP with MS Word, version

I am receiving the following error on bootup:
Windows root\system32\ntoskrnl.exe not found or
corrupted.  Please reinstall a copy of the above file.
Problem is, neither the keyboard or mouse will work.  I
