hi i'm trying to clear some momory on my comp and i want
to delete all unused files and folders programms that i
dont use is there a way i can do this without deleting
files and stuff that i need to keep the comp working and

i removed those files... do i have to download it again?

When trying to restore it goes through the motions and
then says "Your computer cannot be restored to this date"
It does that at system checkpoints and preset restore

When I open Help & Support  A Window pops up saying a suspicoius script is in PC Health Biniries , gives me a choice of stop this script which closes Help & Support or allow this script which closes the window & allows me to go on , & when I run virus scan it freezes at 1386 ...

Windows cannot find 'helpctr.exe', yet when I search for

Chkdsk showing free space marked as allocated in the volume bitmap. I have written to many forums about this and to Microsoft and have never received an answer I have lost 20 GBs of hard disc due to this.

How do I solve this error message that CHKDSK shows.  Disk

everytime i try to run task scheduler i get an error
message that states a specific error of : (no account
