The download goes through and never installs. It just
hangs doing nothing.. What can I do to fix this please....

Whenever i try to use the disk cleanup utility to remove
junk files,it starts scanning 'Compress Old Files' and it
takes a long while before i get the options to choose

I've read several posts here regarding problems after downloading and installing new Windows Updates. I just recieved the new service pack on CD from Microsoft. Has anyone installed from the CD yet? Are there any problems after installing?

My computer attempts to dial lockup.zonelabs.com at startup.  This
apparently is traceable to the fact that ZoneAlarm loads before my satellite
connection is established.  Is there a way to change the startup sequence so
that the satellite loads before ZoneAlarm?
