hi on internet options a site took over my home page adress ive run virusscan and spywarescan when i change address old address reappears and comes up on computer except when spywarescan switches it back to combination

H My client's computer has recently been receiving an ad for what's called "Memo Turbo Deluxe" Supposedly it helps against "Memory Leaks" etc Not being extremely Computer savvy, I'm just not sure how much this software is really needed

Every time my XP Home starts, it dials my ISP. This happens even when configured so that no program or service except XP is loaded during startup, and Task Manager confirms nothing except XP system services are active.

We have four computers linked to a microserver in our office. Ever since converting to XP Professional, it can take several minutes to open a folder or document. Is there a setting we can adjust to speed things up?

I'm having trouble with both Netscape and Explorer. The pages take FOREVER to load -- worse than a dial up connection and I have cable! This happened all of a sudden but no virus is detected on my pc. Any ideas what I can do? I literally have to walk away from the PC to wait ...

Suddenly when I run disk cleanup it runs and runs but does not finish. I have to cancel and stop it in task manager. How can I get this fixed. It appears to be corrupted or something.

Sometimes when shutting down or restart, I get the message "regserv32.exe Initialization Failed". Also, when I look in my task manager, regserv32.exe pops in and out. What is this? Is there a fix for it, or do I just have to live with it?

I have Win XP Pro and Microsoft Office 2003 installed in my computer. I am trying to get my email to come through, through MS Outlook. Not Outlook express, which I was using. I closed and deleted my account in Outlook express.
