When I start my pc I get this message 'Windows could not
start because the following file is missing or corrupt.
WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\C_437.NLS.  What to do next?.

I have an AMD 1.4 processor, recently something changes
this to 1050. If I go to safe mode to correct CPU Speed,
I can correct to 1.4, however, cannot exit to startup. I

Running windows xp pro, I can't get the add / remove
programs window to stay open more than a few seconds. I
open, it closes automatically.
Any suggestions?

My computer won't restart (windows XP).   Anytime that I
try to restart, it just ignores my request.   Nothing
happens.  I end up having to unplug the computer to turn
it off and then turn the computer back on.

I have recently setup XP to auto-download updates. After
about a week of this I have noticed about 30 of the

I just came back up from a disc dump, don't know the
cause but my start button and all the desktop icons so
