One can buy Diskkeeper, Home version this month for only $29. Problem is, the home version lacks boot time defrag capabilities. But there's a free utility that accomplishes same, or claims to: PageDefrag v2.21 at http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/utilities.shtml#performance.

How can I defragment my c drive with user privileges. with out using run as or task sched, changed settings Perform Volume Maintenance with gpedit.msc added everyone group. no luck please help!

When you Right-Clock on "All Programs" at the top of the menu should be "Open". It is not there! Please help me. Right clicking on START brings up OPEN; but, it does not appear in "All Programs."
