In my display box for Add and Remove programs, I have a
lot of files that are listed as "Win XP Hotfix (See
KBXXXXXX) and (QXXXXXX).  X=numbers that are after the
letter or letters. Some of these files also have (SP2) in

I have internet explorer 6 and a while back microsoft
advised me that I had critical updates to be installed.
So I started downloading it. It stopped downloading about
2 minutes before it finished and never would download. It
