System would not boot. I ran the the repair utility and
for some reasons was able to get through to the repair
console without an administrators password. So I ran
chkdisk and several other commands and at least all of my
wupdater.exe on Shutdown12 Apr 2004 23:48 GMT1
every time I shut down WinXp it says wupdater.exe end
program and it wont shutdown until I click on end program.
How can I get rid of this? Thanks in advance.

Can anyone direct me to a tutorial and/or any other step-
by-step info on using the command console.Mine opens with
an AutoRun value and from there I can't get

My Windows XP keeps on rebooting everytime I restart it.
It will first show me the menu..SAFE MODE, SAFEMODE WITH
NETWORKING..ETC..but any options has the same error, it
reboots after choosing any of this options. What seems to

When I visit a website the site won't close.  THe best I
can do is minimize it...but all this does is place it at

Can I run 2 bootable hard drives in one computer.I have
Xp on both drives already,same copy.Either one works,but

anyone know the fix to schedule tasks without getting the
0x8007007a error message?  I've already tried the
