I installed Windows XP on a new self assembed PC last
week.  Since then, it is giving trouble with Internet
Explorer.  A message appears saying that "This system is
being restarted by NT Authority/System because of a

When I try to run task manger the computer says "task manager has been disabled by your administrator" also when trying to run msconfig it startsup then shut down really fast. I'm trying to shutdown some programs snd processes not being used to increase in some speed. Please help ...
