recently developed a problem where it will not complete a
startup (rebooting while still at the Windows XP
screen).  This PC has Nortons Utilities running with

I noticed recently that the HD light is still on right up
to the point where XP shuts off the power. This worries
me even though I have had no problems yet. Is there a way
to further delay the actual shut-down of the power supply
