whenever i start up my computer the folder system 32
comes up right away and really slows down the start up
time.  how do i make it stop popping up?  it never did

I need some help. I have installed a new 200 Gb hard
drive and want to switch everything including win xp to
the new drive. too keep a long story short how do I
accomplish this feat. Right now I have 3 hds hooked up

Could not connect to network drives.  When I click on the

Works in Palm desktop, digital camera software, and

I cannot install any programs.  I receive "Internal Error
2203" every time I try to install a program.  Anybody

I disconnected my DSL-cable during startup (tip I found in this NG) and my system is up and running in no time
Supposedly, XP is looking for networking connections during startup and this is what takes it so long..

the system restore function will not work.  It has always
worked for the past 2 years and just the past few days it
no longer works.  I can make a restore point but if I
shut down the computer the restore point is gone.  I sure

Computer runs XP. When starting computer from it being
powered off it runs extremely slow. Have to open the task
manager and it shows RUNDLL32 using 97% of the CPU. Once
that process is terminated computer runs fine.

My user has an XP Pro laptop and doesn't know what he did
but now gets a blue screen just as XP starts up. The
error message on the blue screen contains an NTSF.sys
line at the end. I have tried starting from the XP CD,
