I am having the EXACT problem described in KB823291.  I
cannot stand it anymore - I am forced to manually refresh
dozens of times an hour.  I can't even create, name, and

I just installed XP on my laptop.  I reformatted the drive
and partitioned it to NTFS, because that is what was on it
before.  When I am using windows, it will just stop

On Write a Message the two icons to change fonts and color suddenly
