Does anyone know what an error code 0x00000009c bloody
means?
I am getting this soooooooo many times, it's the only
thing I can see before I go to sleep.

I am having the EXACT problem described in KB823291.  I
cannot stand it anymore - I am forced to manually refresh
dozens of times an hour.  I can't even create, name, and
open a folder and open it without manually refreshing

Runs in Safe mode just fine, but after trying system
restore and everything I can think of, I can't get it to
boot in normal mode.  Any tips?

I have recently had trouble opening links from one site

I was fine until recently when various applications
started hanging up with the error "Application Not
Responding, if you end now . . . " Mostly from MS Word

For the past two days I have been recieving an error
message when I try to open up certain applications such as
IE and a few others. Whatever is causing this will not even
allow me to use System Restore. The error message reads
