My laptop reboots whenever I connect to the internet. I get a message dialog box saying RPC was unexpectedly terminated. System must reboot in --seconds. The shutdown was authorised by NT Authority\System. I am using WINDOWX

I want to change my start up settings, but when I try to run 'msconfig' nothing happens, it used to work, Iv'e scanned for viruses but found nothing. Can I change my startup settings another way?

Im using XP Pro. Everytime i log in it takes a good 5-7 minutes. Its fine getting to the login prompt. But after that it takes ages to apply settings etc. Ive got a fresh install and its still doing this. Any reason why? Im running P4 with 256DDR

I got this message last night and my computer shut down. The instruction at "0x60006993" referenced memory at "0x7a7a7a7a". The memory could not be read. How do I solve this?

just after starting up XP it closes windows explorer with an error message, but then runs fine after this. However, I've just noticed that none of my videos or music will play throgh media player, and media player wont start up.
