HELP - iexplore.exe is running multiple times and using
up all my CPU.  I have run various virsu checkers and all
say the system is virus free.

Upgraded PC from Windows ME to Windows XP Professional
because of typical ME freezes and glitches.  Installation
took many attempts and would not install properly.  For
testing purposes, reinstalled WinME - procedure took place

Last night while playing KOTOR (knights of the old
republic) my pc just went nuts and had a massive slow
down, my game crashed and the screen went all weird with
funny colours, i open task manager XP system to find that

ok, my cpu usage is constantly rocketing up to 100% and
slowing everything down, mostly it is being used by
SVCHOST.exe(?) anyone no wht i can do?

I am looking for a way to automate defrag to run in the middle of the night.
I have already found this command line option and I can set it in the Task

these two errors appear after a reboot, and it started
after running a windows update. The errors are as follows:
