The task manager somehow, I can only see the part of the programs and i can shut them down but i can't find processes, or go to the menu, or even the big X sign to close the task manager window? Any help...

my laptop is very slow i have scanned my pc for viruses non found, i ahve removed all spyware,adware with spybot and adware i ahve even defragged my ahrdrive with diskkeeper but my laptop is still very slow at shut down
