Hi. I'm new to XP, and I have file names in my Temp/Temporary Internet Files/Content.IE5 folders that are too long. They won't let me delete or rename them. They start with "tournaments;feat=tournaments;tour=....."

I mistakenly deleted 2 files potentially infected and now my virtual memory minimum too low message kicks in after 1/2 hour on net and I cannot activate new programs becaues insufficient memory for that program. How do I fix? THanks!
