Control Panel "System" options will not open18 May 2004 16:11 GMT1
I click on START. Go to CONTROL PANEL. Go to PERFORMANCE
AND MAINTENENCE. Click on SYSTEM and it will not open at
all. It will also not open SYSTEM RESTORE on the same
page. Something doesn't seem right. It finally opened

I am experiencing trouble with two separate XP pro machines.
When I plug in USB disks, the PCs do recognize the disks, but the file system
does not work right.
