Please, I need to know how to back up my computer to yesterday. I just downloaded SP2 and I regret it so bad. It used to take less then a minute to restart, now it takes about 5. It's blocking pop ups on site even though

Last week I bought a new computer. Windows XP home/128 Ram/40 GB hard Drive with 6 GB used space so it is still pretty empty. The problem is that the programs (WORD/Outlook/IE/whatever....) all seem to open slow.
