When I click on the Restart button the pc does the normall shutdown but stays
at the blue screen showing Restarting computer and hangs. the hard drive
light stops flashing. is this a problem with XP or is it hardware related ???

I got a big problem

Im having problems with my windows:
-    When I start my computer and I log in for like 20 seconds all that

Does anyone know where I can find a simple batch file that will hog system
resources?  I need to run it to test my system.  I used something similar to
that in a Microsoft XP training class, but I am not sure where I would find
something like that outside of the class.
