Whatever I do, there is a lot of this activities on my machine. Like: - During boot. Before and after login screen appears - After I login (for several minutes) - When I cahnge user and login to new account (for several minutes)

I have several projects in VB6. While working as a User, several .ocx files have overnight become unavailable to these projects. All are Windows Common Controls. All are available normally if I work in Administration mode. Any suggestions on why and how to fix?
