I cannot change any of the power options because a warning sign comes up saying that i have to turn off my computers microsoft power options and work with my computers power options. I have no idea how to go about doing this. Any help would be great. Thanks

My registry shows that I have a copy of Microsoft Works on my computer but I can't find any links to it and it doesn't give me the option of deleting it. Is there a way to get it off? It's taking up about 65 megs of space. I no longer have the software either. I'm using XP Pro.
