Omg i cant email microsoft because its asking for a code that i cant get
unless the PC boots up (a pin thing)! So I'm going to try posting my question
here. When i try and boot my sisters pc(wich is a gatway, newer, with the

When I use the Msconfig utility to disable un-needed startup programs, they
do not stay disabled; specifically Java (jusched.exe) and ctfmon.exe.
