In the control Panel there is a icon for program updates,it runs on startup
sometimes and also if you click it.
When the window opens it displays installshield at the top right, then the
problem begins,The rest of the open window is blank, it has control boxes

I had to replace my burnt out PSU with a JEANTECH low noise 120mm fan power
