Have XP Pro installed in my computer.  Lately when I double click My computer

Recently (probably for about the past week) every time I return from my
screen saver, a Windows error appears saying that Windows Explorer has

Fragmented VPC files (VHD) won't Defragment26 Apr 2006 21:54 GMT2
I run VPC on my Windows XP Pro SP2 machine on a HP/Compaq nc6230 laptop with
a couple of base images. When I run Windows Disk Defragmenter it does not
defragment one of the VHD files. There are two on the hard drive so the other
one is apparently defragmenting.
