Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem???? Upon startup my desktop opens normally and then I get an error message that is titled "Windows - No Disk" "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive".

After I defragment (any partition), I get a message box saying that defragmentation is complete and that some files couldn't be defragmented. It asks me to see the "Report" for a list of those files. But when I click "View Report", there are no files there!
