Whenever I use the internet, my monitor makes a buzzing sound for some reason. It ONLY happens when using the internet. Any ideas how I can stop this annoyance? Thank you!

Using Windows XP SP2 - Word 2003 - Outlook Express 6. Have defragmented and removed all temporary files. The hangs happen using Word and Outlook Express. Can anyone suggest what is causing this to happen/how to stop this happening please.

I cannot figure out how to get disk defrag to run on a schedule. I can get it to pop up but not run the program. Any idea on what I am missing? I know how to get it to do it in XP, but i need to know how in 2k.....

I need to back up my computern and I have a lot of data (7gbs). I want to save to CD but this utility doesn't do that. Can I make a backup directly to my hard drive, then burn that file onto a CD? Does that work? Thank you

I tried as suggested in above comment. The only thing this did was prevent the option "web client/publisher temporary files" from now being shown in the disk cleanup. After doing what was suggested, I set it back to automatic in services.msc, ran disk cleanup and the option ...
