I get the Blue Screen( of death) with an error or win32k.sys, anyhelp?

Recently I bought the Asus A6JA-Q007H laptop.
After few days I get BSOD screen BAD_POOL_HEADER stop:0x00000019 message
several times .
Another BSOD was BAD_POOL_CALLER and _Equal .(Only 1 time)

I have read what I need to do but am not sure just how to do it.  Also sounds
like I may loose every thing if I'm not carefull

When I turn my system on, the CPU fan and LED's come on.  About 3 seconds
later, the fan turns off and the system stalls.  There's no display on the
monitor.  It doesn't even get as far as to let me into the BIOS.  Anybody
have any ideas on what this could be??

I have Win XP SP1 installed and it started to have a weird behaviour.
If i use Word and when i on't need it close it, on the Task Manager i still
have a Winword.exe process and i have to termnate it manually.
When i do the same with Excel, the problem is similar, but the difference ...

How do I change my startup desk top so that the common file doesn't open
everytime I reboot or start my computer?  What is the common file?

Argh!  My defrag won't 'eliminate' or 'move' 6.53 GB!! of '\RECYCLER\NPROTECT
files.  I was told they are from my Windows Movie Maker...any suggestions?

I have used msconfig in Windows XP SP-1. Three months ago, I installed
Windows XP SP-2, and I haven't tried to use the System Configuration Utility

Bought Radeon 9250 card for my Dell Dimension 2200. On fitting it got "No
Signal" message.  Radeon say I need bios update.  Downloaded  version
D2200A04 from Dell but nothing happens when I boot up. Computer justs starts
