When attempting to go into Control Panel, my PC will hang for about 2 to 3
minutes.  It brings upa a window stating there was an error in kernel32.exe
and it knocks McAfee Virus Scan offline in the system tray.  I can reactivate
it with no problems.

Can someone give me a solution to a issue that I have been battling for
several days now?  The issue that my pc freezes up or locks up when I play
streaming video or actually when doing anything online using a stream.  Can

Windows XP Pro SR2.  Occasionally I have users call me to say that their
systems have begun to run slowly.  When I check I find that indeed the
