When attempting to go into Control Panel, my PC will hang for about 2 to 3
minutes.  It brings upa a window stating there was an error in kernel32.exe
and it knocks McAfee Virus Scan offline in the system tray.  I can reactivate
it with no problems.

When I click on help and support on my start menu Iget a message.....windows
cannot find'helpctr.exe.' It's gone somewhere!!Can someone help please?
