i have a problem burning cds in the cd drive ,i can view made ones but cannot

my computer awakes from hibernation by itself almost every morning between
7:30-8:30am.  it shouldn't emerge fro hibernation until i press the hib

Recently, svchost has been taking up 100 % of the CPU usage. Its not a
virus, because in the task manager, its listed as a system process and its
in the system32 folder. I have also done online scans. I have also run sfc
