Every time I turn on my computer I gert an error message that FAT32 needs to

I discovered a duplicate program class key in HKCR for
Microsoft.ITIR.WordWheelBuild.5.4. The first key has a default value of
"Microsoft Infotech ITIR Word Wheel Build" and the second is

Here's the problem:  When I get an email with a link to the internet and
click on it Windows (XP SP2) opens Windows Explorer (the file manager and

I have very heavy disk activity for a few minutes at bootup.  I suspect it is
due to one of more of the services that run, and was wondering which of them
can be safely not loaded and not cause problems.  I use the machine only for
web browsing and other light duties.
