      I m using win xp sp2,with all latest updates,i had also
installed trend micro enterprise edition which is client-server based.I
had made console or server on 1 machine and configured it properly for
all updates and client deployments.I m also using ODIN application

when I try to search for a file it tells me Windows Explorer has encountered
a problem and need to close. I can search for pictures or others things. It
closes the program. I have Windows XP. thanks

my computer advises that my virtual memory is low. it also runs very slow.
is there any way that i can increase the virtual memory?

My computer runs great. MSN log on is great BUT the when I click I-mail
(MSN) its slow and freezes some times take 20 min to log on and receive my
mail. If I use outlook it comes right up?

My system restore refuses all entries to restore.
I do not have any windows software only a reload disk.

When I print out some pages appearing on the internet, the right side of the
page is clipped about 1/2 to 3/4 inch.
Page set up is set at 1/4 inch margins. This happens on two printers and I
know other people have had this problem.

I tried Sun Microsystems Knowledge Base for an answer but their site is a
nightmare to navigate.
In my Add Remove Programs I show 2 entries for J2SE. They are as follows:
