I have WinXP Sp2 and the PC died. It will try over and over to boot, getting an error and the dreaded blue screen each time, ad infinitum. Compaq System Recovery disks don't work. WinXP Sp2 floppy boot disks don't work.

How do I go about turning off the click lock, on my mouse, when it's not on my mouse properties? It's been driving me crazy for months.

Every now and then my pointer will move either to the top or to the bottom instantly without me doing anything. Its a pain when draging items and playing Halo. Anyone know how to solve it?

I tried to select WordPad instead of Notepad to edit .BAT files. Somehow I screwed up. Now .BAT files do not work. When I double-click on them, I just see the contents of the .BAT file displayed by Notepad.

I keep getting a message that my D drive does not have enough space on it. I tried to defrag, but could not because of 0% space available. It's partitioned FAT32, at 6.96GB with 49MB available. C-Drive is partitioned NTFS and has a capacity of 226GB with 207GB free space ...
