EXPLORER.EXE started to crash frequently when I work with files inside

System Restore does not recognize Drive "C" (160 GB)(primary & boot drive).  
It does recognize Drive "F" (40 GB slave) & calls it "primary".  Also
recognizes external drive "G" (80 GB).  WIN-XP, SP2.
I do have Norton Go-Back installed.  No change when it is disabled.

hi, can anyone recommend, with hand on heart, any particular combination of
anti virus and anti spam (we get hundreds a day) before I renew Norton?  It
catches about 70% of the SPAM but often hangs Outlook.  Anti virus seems ok
but just wanted some advice from others if poss?  ...

How can you change the default directory for windows to display the
wallpapers.   My computer recently started showing all photos in My Pictures
as the default directory.   This causes a huge delay in the control panel
coming up when you want to change wallpaper.
