I ran the Windows Live One Care scan, and it comes up with 9 errors which it
cannot fix. I have a new Dell computer and would prefer to fix these errors.
What can i do if anything?

NO matter what I try I caNNot get the start menu back to the bottom of the

In am on Win XP, I just downloaded and installed all of the patches,
Now my diskeeper will not run a boot Time defrag, The boot time defrag
was running fine last week.

I use Internet Explorer and any time I open a window, or it opens from a
link, the window is always minimized. How can I make the windows always open

as recomended I have downloaded free "spywareguard" but the definitions are
only up to 1/22/04 does this mean this program out of date/ redundent? also
can anybody recommend   "win patrol" and does it conflict with any other spy
ware/virus programs.

Browsing through my recently installed Windows XP Pro I noticed a folder
- System Volume Information.
Being curious I tried to open it but access was refused.  I followed the

Specifically, Security Update for the .Net Framework Version 2.0 (KB922770) failed to install on my XP Home SP 2 system, with error code 0x643.
I also tried to install the update directly from TechNet. Installation failed here ...
