Why do I get this mesage whenI insert a games disc ?

I AM GOING TO RE INSTALL WIN XP PRO ASAP, JUST WANTING TO KNOW THE BEST
METHOD OF CLEANING ALL DATA BEFOREHAND SO THAT I HAVE NO OLD STUFF COMING
BACK ON THE NEW INSTALLATION. HAVE JUST BOUGHT AN EXT HD AND HAVE SENT PHOTOS
AND SOME DOCS I WISH TO KEEP TO THAT.

I have a Windows XP Pro SP2-based machine that is God-awfully slow. Here are
the symptoms:

Have a 228 GB Hard Drive (C) and I cannot set the Recycle Bin Max Size.  It
consistently stays at 3.99 GB regardless of what % I have the Bin set at.  I
have "Set drives Independently" selected.  196 GB free on the drive.  Any

can anyone tell me how many of the very many windows updates in add delete
pro list  i can safely delete. will deleting all but last installed be
correct?
