My task manager (ctrl, alt, del) comes up now with no X to close it. Can that be fixed? I can't even right click on the icon on the botton of screen to close it. right now I have 3 open and can't close any of them.

Occasionally, perhaps once every day or 2, my computer slows to a crawl. Upon viewing the process list using Process Explorer, I see that wscntfy.exe, running under an instance of svchost, is using 90+% of the CPU. This goes away after a few minutes, but is very annoying.

I am running Win. xp. I recently deleted the partition 'D' that was used for restoral files, after making a backup cd. Now that memory shows as unallocated memory in Memory Management. How can I reallocate that 6.81gb to the main drive? Thanks Much. (My C drive is NTFS)

I have a 20gig hard drive and it is full. My computer OS is XP pro. My computer worked fine for the longest time with games and all but the hard drive slowly filled up. So I removed all of the games and any files that I don't use. And that freed up some space but not much. But
