I am using a 160 GB Maxtor "One Touch" external USB drive for backing up my

I have Sony PCV-RX550(UC) computer and I'm having trouble with the cd-rw

\System Volume Information \_restore{F3C90... Defragmenter cannot defragment
completely. View report states twice that \System Volume Information
\_restore{F3C90...  has 3 and 16 fragmented files. Is there a way to fix this
problem?
