My client has a Dell Optiplex GX400 running XP Pro SP2.
I order to see the contents of multiple cds he has to reboot between each cd.
I have tried the following: reinstall C-ROM, Scan disk for errors, Chkdsk /r

When I run chkdsk /f  I get results like this every time:

Windows will now check the disk.
