I defragged using Norton.  It put teh pagefile.sys at the bottom of its
graphical illustration of the hard disk -- meaning it is located at the END
(far edge) of the physical disk.

I was wondering how I can change the priority level of a process permanently
in Task Manager so everytime I log into windows and run the task for eg
iexplorer.exe the priority level stays as 'high'.

My computer keeps turning off no matter what Iam doing. Can't download yahoo
messenger, it says  c:\windows\regdit.exe  cannot find. I can't type regedit

The system is a Dell desktop (an 8100) running at 1.4 GHz with 512MB
RAM and 12 GB free HD space on a 20 GB drive. Fully registered Windows
XP Pro SP2 is the OS (all patches and critical updates installed).
Drives are fully Defragged. Updated Norton AV. No AdWare detected by

I am running windows MCE 2005.
when i start my pc and look in taskmanager ,there is a process running
useing 45-50% cpu. It runs for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes then drops back to 0%.
It is called  (ehrecvr.exe)
