There is a system alert flashing in the notification area of my taskbar. System has detected a number of spyware applications on my computer. It was from a program called spydawn. I got rid of the program but the icon keeps flashing.

My Windows XP is running acceptionally slow ever since I was infected by viruses from MySpace.com. I have since installed Zone Alarm and have supposibly cleaned out all viruses. I have run "Disk Clean", Defrag, and cleaned out unused programs.

I use XP SP2. I have moved several of my settings folders to the C:\ root. I do not recall moving "Recycler" to the C:\ root, but it is there. Inside the RECYCLER folder are three Recycle-bin-icon type folders, all named with a series of numbers and letters.
