I tried to update my anti virus the other day. When I did the whole system
went caput! I got everything up and running, except for a program called
hypershare. When it tries to startup, I get a message that state:

I am about to sell the computer.  I really want to clean up and restart the

For awhile I had automatic updates setting but I began getting this "Windows
Installer" box popping up everytime I started my computer or opened the

I receive this message when trying to load the install program for a CD.  I
have checked the registry and the RPC Server is started and set to Automatic.
The computer on which I am running is not connected to or part of a network
so the RPC Server should not even be involved ...

I just ran Check Disk, the results were cleared so fast that I could not

i have got an external hard drive which i have previously used on other
